Victor grew up in Redlands, California. After graduating from Redlands High School, he attended both Cal State San Bernardino and Cal State
Los Angeles.
Victor has enjoyed working with the public for decades. His banking career began while attending Cal State Los Angeles, after which he was recruited by the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles Water and Power Credit Union.
Since then, Victor's career has been filled with memorable banking experiences: working at major banks, as well as smaller community banks.
Victor has had the opportunity to meet and get to know many entrepreneurs in a variety of different businesses. He especially enjoys building long-term banking relationships with his customers. Victor has worked throughout Southern California, including San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange and San Diego Counties. In addition to Southern California, he has also worked on the East Coast, in McLean, Virginia.
Victor takes pride in providing superior customer service by developing relationships with his customers and discovering their immediate and long-term goals. Being bilingual has also enabled him to reach another segment of the business community and to expand his customer base.
